Warranty Summary

*Entire project covered including tile, masonry, decks, pavers and Acrylic deck coatings for a period of 2 years from date of pool startup.

All Pentair brand mechanical pool equipment which includes; filter, pump, heaters and blower. The suction style pool cleaners, control systems and salt cells all carry a 3-year warranty from date of pool start up. Items not covered are O-rings, seals, impeller that has been damaged by rocks, skimmer and pump baskets, deck lids, normal wear items, bulbs and fuses. Suction cleaner warranty may be voided where vacuum to cleaner exceeds recommended maximum level, as measured using vacuum tester supplied at start up, or where cleaner exhibits wear conditions consistent with long term excessive suction delivery to cleaner.

*All underground plumbing, electrical and gas line installations performed by Desert Tropics Custom Pools Incorporated are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of this warranty beginning from the date of initial pool start-up. Any underground installations that are damaged or effected by digging equipment, extreme water saturation, expansive soils, or other soil-related dynamics are not covered by our warranty. All above ground electrical and plumbing is warranted for materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of startup.

Warranted for a period of 2-year workmanship and 5 year Manufacturers Material Warranty

If a problem occurs with any pool interior finish due to materials, processes, or workmanship, Desert Tropics Custom Pools Incorporated will, at our option, repair or replace the pool interior finish, or any portion thereof, at no additional charge to the Buyer. The warranty does not cover mottling (normal color variation), staining from foreign objects on pool surface, damage due to improper water balance and/or chemical maintenance, equipment failure, or damage do to misuse. Also, not covered is cracking due to structural shifting of the pool shell, or damage due to extreme heat or sun exposure. All material warranties for Ultra-Poz, Pebble-Tec or Wet Edge products are covered under separate manufacturer's warranties and may have different warranty periods. Other type of pool surfaces have specific warranties related to those products.

Lifetime Structural Warranty

Desert Tropics Custom Pools Incorporated warrants that the pool shell will remain structurally sound for as long as you own your pool. "Structurally sound" is defined as maintaining the structural integrity of the concrete pool shell such that it withstands all the loads or stresses of the pool without cracking or causing water loss. If the shell is deemed to be unsound, Desert Tropics Custom Pools will, at no expense to the Buyer, perform the repairs necessary to restore the pool to a serviceable condition to achieve structural integrity and water holding ability.

*Desert Tropics Custom Pools does not provide warranty against damage to the pool shell or any other pool features caused by failure to maintain proper pool water levels, or ground water rising above lowest point of the pool. Any part of the pool that is damaged or effected by expansive soils, or other soil related dynamics is not covered by our warranty.
